Let the fun begin!

Well, as most of you know we are currently going threw our 2nd deployment as a family. This will be Andrew 3rd round. He has been to Iraq twice and now Afghanistan. Unfortunately this time around he is gone for 13months. He left September 21, 2009 and will not be returning until late September 2010 to early October 2010.

We currently just experienced our 1st R&R. We had a blast going to places and spending time together as a family again. Though it was hard to see him go again, we now have a normal deployment left. Just a little over 7 months and we are back in Daddy's arms =)

While daddy is deployed the kids and I will be moving into our first house on base. In the recent years my grandmother has lived with us, unfortunately base would not allow her to go and we can not afford to stay where we are right now in Yucca Valley. It's ok though, we are looking forward to this and are pretty excited to get started...

I have just been packing, cleaning, and playing with the kids. Mainly playing, lol. The weather has been perfect outside the last week or so and I just can't keep them inside. Today its cooler we have a small storm rolling in, so I'm hoping to get a lot done, we shall see!!!

Kids are doing great!! Hailey is talking up a storm and being an amazing big sister to her little brother! I don't know how we got so lucky =) Nick, omgosh! Where do I begin! Scooting, teething, its all one big adventure with this little boy and I can't wait to share it with everyone!
